Air is 78% nitrogen already. "air" from a pressure hose is usually dried/dewatered. Even my little 4 gallon compressor at home has a water 'filter' on it.

This is nothin' but added dealer markup for whoever is selling it to you for passenger tires.

great research, maybe you could've saved more if you would've cut your recipes in half and only make a little, rather than throw away the leftovers. my family won't eat leftovers so I have to not make so much... it helps.

This is super interesting. Of course I am so used to hearing that eating out costs so much more, but after reading this I am rethinking things.

I *believe* this is how you do it.
http://www.dat.state.md.us/sdatweb/ground_rent.html

There is a form on the state website. You send it to the landowner via certified mail 30 days before you file.

I think you'll have to jump through hoops regardless...
Good luck!

I have a $120 a year ground rent that I would like to buy back from the "owner" of the ground, but every time I ask them about buying it back they keep telling me that it is more hassle than what it would be worth to me. They tell me that I have to have my house surveyed, have a home inspection, etc... Then I could apply to buy the $2000 strip of land back from them. In other words, they don't want to sell it back and they are making it a living hell to try and buy back the 1 foot strip of land they own in front of my property. (Yes, ground rent is only on the first foot of your property from the property lines in the front.) If someone could tell me the proper way to deal with these people to make them sell my land back to me without having to jump through hoops, I would sure appreciate it.

Ok i can agree on you Perry if you are a single. For me buying bulk is almost a must. I have three kids to feed on my own and i do not like to get up early in the morning to make breakfast. Sounds harsh but i am a evening person. Of course i get up in the morning but i make sure i made the breakfast the evening before. For me buying in bulk and freezing a lot of meals and leftovers is normal. As long as my kids don't complain and they say out themselves it was a good meal, i have no worries. :) I'n not your typical housewife, don't like cooking that much but my house is always clean and my kids never hungry. Often i go to take them out to Pizza Hut or a normal restaurant.
