		<description>I was just talking about how much more successful you can be in negotiations by just being nice.  If you come in with a positive helpful attitude, the people you are dealing with will usually return that attitude.  If you come in attacking, you put people on the defensive.  No one wants to be a pushover, but there is nothing wrong with coming to ameniable agreements.  If you are trying to get something out of someone its never good to antagonize them: as the old saying goes: &quot;You get more bees with sugar than vinegar&quot;</description>
