The Electronic Frontier Foundation is trying to file suit against AT&T to stop them from forwarding all of the Internet traffic to the NSA. This is a major privacy concern for millions of Americans. The NSA could technically search through all of the data and pick out individual Internet transactions, whether it be FTP or web site traffic. The EFF are putting together documentation against AT&T and want the courts to decide that this is illegal activity and was never mentioned to consumers.
