Those of you that were watching some of the tournament coverage in HD, you actually missed a lot of action. CBS, the network that aired the games, did not cut away to other games if you were watching HD. There is something with the HD feed, where they couldn’t cut away. So, if you were watching it on good ole cable, they would switch to other games. Major bonehead move by the network. Another pet peeve of mine during the tournament season was CBS not switching to a close game with only 2 minutes left and a it’s only a two point game and meanwhile Gonzaga was beating up on UCLA by 17. Who cares if they cut away for two minutes. Hey, CBS if you are looking for a new March Madness producer, look nor further than this Newhouse Alum!

I dispute. Often up here, CBS would run one game on CBS-HD and a different game on regular CBS. A little picture-in-picture and voila, two games at once!

Well that I know…But sometimes seeing coverage in HD is just too spoiling…Just cut away!
