There is an LED ticker somewhere in Canada that allows you to put a message up that everyone can read. The website will show you what you typed into a message online. I thought it was pretty cool, but that is the inner nerd that is coming out. Check it out.

Dude i totally thought of this when I was in college. I had a light project, where one could turn on and off the light in my room from the internet. But my friend and I wanted to take this a step further and buy a led ticker to put in front of our window. Our window overlooked the football stadium. All you would need is a microcontroller to interface with a server. Or you could even write your own web server on the microcontroller.. yea i know im a nerd… i can’t help it. But its a cool idea.. even if im not the only one that thought of it.
