In another one of those wtf moments, the japanese have come up with another way of skinning a potato. I guess this is an old trick via Iron Chef days, but when you are making good ole American mashed potatoes, this seems sorta worthless. Though this could have helped when I was in San Diego this past Thanksgiving! Erin and Brian, you know what I mean. But damn, all that made those spuds taste one google times better.
