Or any bill for that matter. Every month we get a series of bills and we look at them and we pay them. And sometimes they change the due date over the summer due to some stupid summer rates or some other lame excuse that the come up with. Here’s what I noticed on my last bill and maybe you should take a look too.
Every month the Verizon bill comes and I open it and see that the amount due is different. Why do they do this? Isn’t there a certain percentage that goes into the FSUF supplier fee? Or maybe they just keep jacking around everyone’s bill around month-to-month to cover costs? I’ve called the customer service line and waited for 45 minutes to get no answer from the service rep. All she says is,” Everyone pays these fees.” But we have no idea what we are paying to. Your bill is on average $.20 to $.50 off every month. You multiply that by the millions of customers and you get a good hunk of change.
I don’t ever change anything on my bills and I don’t get the Verizon Freedom package, but I wonder how can they do that? Is it legal? Though most of you may find this somniferous (sorry that was dictionary.com‘s word of the day), I am frustrated at the fact that I don’t know how much the bill is going to be very month. Yes, I know it’s only $.50, but it’s the principle. What do you think?
